Customer Reviews
Not bad for the price we paid!

Supposedly they rennovated this hotel two years ago? Interestingly enough, the elevators still squeak, the paint on the walls is scratched up in places, and they had to switch our rooms after we unpacked and settled because the faucet in the tub was so rusted out, we couldn't negotiate the handle to the right spot in order to find HOT water. Hey, but whatever! We got a great deal through Priceline for a low price per night. The housekeeping service was great and when we did call down to the front desk about our faucet, the maintenance worker was knocking on our door 3 minutes later and every time he ran into me, he would ask how did we like our new room? He had them move us within 5 min. of assessing that our tub's faucet would involve about 2 hours work and he didn't want us to have to wait to take our showers. I loved his diligence! Not a bad location in Mesa too for this hotel. Close to some golf courses.
Pros: Price, Efficiency of support staff
Cons: Front desk employees seemed inept and rude
